CDPR have revealed that there is "no plans" to release an upgrade patch for Cyberpunk 2077 on the new PS5 Pro. A fan posed the question on Twitter off the back of several titles getting the upgrade, with some titles fairing better than others.
The Console was released earlier this month at a price point of £800 with the promise that several games would be getting a new patch for the updated hardware. Games like Silent Hill 2, Alan Wake 2 and Jedi: Survivor have already had the update, with many more still slated to get the pro polish up. However, this tweet from CDPR appears to confirm that Cyberpunk won't be among the games to get a patch.
This is no doubt a disappointment given the huge turn around in fan sentiment towards the title after the release of the critically acclaimed Phantom Liberty DLC, which completely overhauled the game.
