Activision finally reveal the date Verdansk will arrive back in Call of Duty: Warzone

Fan's have eagerly awaited the return since August 2024 announcement

Activision took to X to give us a concrete release date, along with a brand new trailer, for the return of the iconic Verdansk. The map is due to come back on April 3rd, falling in line with their August 2024 announcement, where Activision revealed we could expect the beloved map to return in "Spring 2025".

The re-release of the beloved battle royale map will coincide with the delayed release of Black Ops season 3. Charlie Intel also revealed late last month that creators have already been playtesting in Verdansk, saying that the map appears to be much the same as we remember. The only notable difference was that stadium room will be closed rather than the open hot drop we had grown accustomed to.

In order to get us into the Verdansk spirit, Activision also gave fans a way to relive their best moments from their first go round on the map. In celebration of Warzone's 5th anniversary, Call of Duty's X page revealed a way for fans to get all of their stats from historical warzone games by simply replying to the tweet with your Activision ID.
